Strawberry Sauce

Another very important Sauce for Deserts snd Pudding involving fruits like Fruit Cake, Trifle Pudding, Icecream Cake.

Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:
Fresh Strawberries 500gms
1/2 cup Sugar (white)
1tsp Lime Juice (optional)


Procedure:

• Coarsely cut the strawberries.
• Put it in a blender add sugar and lime juice.
• Blend it.
• If required add water.
