Onion Bhajiyas (Onion Fritters)

Winters have set in. In the evening you crave for everything that is hot and spicy along with a hot cup of tea or may be with a simple bowl of tamatar ka shorba.
This was one day, when I had a deep urge of making these wonderful cripsy bhajiyas to go along my hot bowl of shorba.
So I went in the kitchen wore my apron. and made these beauties in just 20 minutes.

Hope you all will enjoy making these too.
Onion Bhajiyas



Ingredients:
3-4 Onions (Finely sliced)
2 Green Chilies (Finely chopped)
1tsp Ginger (Finely chopped)
4tbsp Gramflour (Besan)
1tbsp Rice Flour
1tsp Carom seeds (aijwain)
Salt to taste
1tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1tbsp Cumin Powder
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1tbsp Mango Powder
1tbsp Garam Masala
Chat masala to sprinkle over the bhajiyas once fried.

Procedure:
  • Finely slice the onions. 
  • Take a bowl, add in the sliced onions, green chilies and ginger.
  • Add in all the dry masalas.
  • Add in the gramflour and rice flour.
  • Mix 
  • Gradually add in water to make the batter
  • The batter should be of medium thick consistency.
  • Heat oil in a kadahi.
  • Add spoonfull of batter in the hot oil.
  • With the help of a slotted spoon flip the pakodas.
  • So that i is cooked from both the sides.
  • When the bhajiya is half cooked remove them from oil.
  • Press it with the back of the spoon and fry again this will make the bhajiyas really crispy.
  • Do the same with the remaining batter.
  • Sprinkle the bhajiyas with chat masala powder.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.

Chocolate Chip cookies

I happen to be a huge fan of cookies. I need it with my cup of coffee or tea, or a glass of milk. One will always find a bunch of cookies in my cookie jar.
This craziness for cookies forced me to try out these sweet devils myself.
 I followed the recipe from the big book of treats by Pooja Dhingra. It was my first time so followed it to the core. It came out really well, just the way it should be. Gooey and chewy.
Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients:
75gms Butter
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1tsp Baking Powder
65g Brown Sugar
50g Castor Sugar
1 egg
175g Flour
175 Dark Chocolate Chips

Procedure:

  • Whisk together the butter, brown sugar, Castor sugar and Vanilla essence till soft and fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl lightly whisk the egg.
  • Slowly add in the sugar and butter mixture.
  • Whisking Properly.
  • Sieve the baking powder and flour together.
  • Fold in the flour in the sugar and butter mixture.
  • Mix in the Dark Chocolate Chips.
  • Cling wrap the mixture and place it in refrigerator for 2 hrs.
  • Preheat the oven at 165 degrees.
  • Make the baking tray ready, either by greasing it or line it with a parchment paper.
  • With a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, scoop out the dough on to the baking tray in medium sized rounds.
  • leaving a 2 inch gap between the cookies.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or till the edge starts browning.
Important Tip:
  • Cookies tend to spread, in order to stop this to happen, keep the prepared dough overnight in the fridge  or
  • Make the balls. keep it on the baking tray.
  • now place this tray in d freezer for 10-15min before baking.
  • this would refrain it from spreading.

Honey Chili Potatoes

So much to do in so little time. These days I am so overworked, with a small baby at home. Time just flies. I just tend to sneak sometime for me to blog and to cook and experiment something new. Whenever he sleeps i get some time to pen down the recipes I make in the whole week.
I am quiet a fan of these sweet and savoury honey chili potatoes. I love them as starters with drinks or a cup of hot soup.
Honey Chili Potatoes


Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
3-4 tbsp cornflour
Salt to Taste
1tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
1tsp Red Chilly Powder
Oil to fry

For the Gravy:
1tsp Oil
1 large Onion (cubed)
1 Capsicum (cubed)
1tbsp Garlic Paste or juliennes
3tsp White Sesame Seeds (optional)
2tbsp Honey
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
Salt to Taste

Procedure:
For Marination:

  • Peel and cut Potato into wedges.
  • Now in a bowl add in the potatoes + cornflour + salt + Red chilly sauce + red chilly powder. mix well.
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes fry these potato slices till golden brown or till crispy.
For the gravy and final honey chilly potato:
Honey Chili Potatoes
  • Heat oil in a wok, add in garlic paste or Juliennes
  • Add in onion. saute till it is cooked. but don't let the crispiness go.
  • Add in capsicum. mix well.
  • Keep it on high flame.
  • Add in the potatoes. 
  • Add in salt, soya sauce, red chilly sauce  + honey.
  • Mix well.
  • Let it cook on high flame for 5 min.
  • Add in sesame seeds.
  • Mix. keep it on flame for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Serve hot
p.s I never had sesame seed so I made it without them. Next time will surely use them in making these awesome savoury delight.

Maggie noodles in Arabiata Sauce:


The wonder noodles which is liked by one and all has no age barriers to it.  We all have our memories related to Maggie. Some in hostels, some as a midnight snack, some on a friends get together at home.

Maggie is surely everyone’s 3am Friend. It takes care of our hunger pangs in between meals.
This wonder can be prepared in so many ways other than the conventional method with just the Maggie and its masala. This is so popular that now you even get them in all the dhabas and eating joints be it in hills or down south.
Unconventional ways to make this wonder noodles.

Maggie noodles in Arabiata Sauce



Ingredients:
1pac of Maggie Masala (Double Pack)
For the Arabiata Sauce:
5 Tomatoes (Puree)
1 Box Ready made Tomato Puree (Homemade Brand)
1medium-sized Onion
1medium-sized Capsicum
2 Green Chilies
5-6 Cloves of Garlic
5 leaves of Fresh Basil
Salt to taste
Oregano
Fresh Black Pepper
50gms Mozzarella Cheese


 Procedure:

  • Boil Noodles with 1tsp oil and water.
  • When the water starts boiling, put in the noodles.
  • It will take around 5-6 minutes
  • Immediately take it out of the vessel.
  • Keep  it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in finely chopped Garlic. When it is done add in green chilies. Stir well.
  • Now add in the chopped onions. Let it saute for a while.
  • Add in the tomato puree. (Both)
  • Let the tomato puree cook till oil appears on top.
  • Add in chopped capsicum let it cook for about 1 minute so that it still remains crunchy.
  • Add in salt + black pepper + oregano + basil.
  • Mix well.
  • When its done lower the flame.
Final serve:
In a pan add in the sauce. Add in the boiled maggie noodles. Stir on high flame. Garnish it with Paneer Cubes.

Lobia Salad (Black eyed Bean)

Nowadays me and my Husband are on healthy diet spree. So everyday I am coming up with new Salad recipes to break the monotony.
Hoping we loose some weight. (:D)

Lobia Salad


Ingredients:
1cup Boiled Lobia (Black eyed Bean)
1 medium-sized Tomato
1 medium-sized Onion
1/2 cup Cucumber
1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper

For the Dressing:
1tbsp Olive Oil
1tpsp Lime juice
Salt to taste
1tsp Black Pepper Powder

Procedure:

  • Boil the lobia.
  • In a bowl add in the boiled lobia + cucumber + tomato + onion + yellow and red bell peppers.
  • In another bowl mix all the ingredients under dressing. mix well.
  • Add the dressing in the vegetables.
  • Mix well.
  • Eat and enjoy.

Palak Paneer Paratha

I am a huge fan of the all eatables that they sell in Indigo... Previously also I had posted Basil Pesto Sandwich from their coveted menu. This time again m doing the same with Palak Paneer Sandwich..
Its a great combination of palak wid paneer in a paratha form. Its healthy and really gud for people who avoid eating green vegetables.

Palak Paneer Paratha


Ingredients:
For the Paneer Filling:
(You can refer to the recipe of Paneer Bhurjee)

250gms Homemade Paneer
2 Green chilies (Finely chopped)
1medium-sized Onion (Chopped)
1medium-sized Tomato (Chopped)
100gms Green peas
Fresh Coriander
Salt to taste
1tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Coriander powder
1tsp Oregano
2tbsp Olive Oil

For the Paratha;
(You can refer to the recipe of Palak Paratha)

1cup Palak (Spinach) Finely Chopped
2cup Wheat Flour
1tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
2geen chilies
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp aijwain
1tbsp curd
Water to knead

Procedure:
For the Paneer Filing:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin seeds.
  • When it stops cluttering add in chopped onions+ green chilies.
  • After the onion turns pink, add in green peas.
  • Add in salt so that the peas are cooked.
  • When peas starts cooking add in chopped tomato.
  • Let the tomatoes cook.
  • Crumble the paneer with hands, add mix in the pan.
  • Add in turmeric powder + cumin powder + coriander powder + oregano.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in coriander.
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes. switch off the gas.
  • Serve hot with parathas.
For the Paratha:
  • Finely chop the spinach, green chilies..
  • In a wide bowl add in flour + oil + curd + cumin powder + coriander powder + aijwain + salt + green chilies + ginger paste.
  • Mix all well.
  • Add in chopped spinach.
  • Knead into a medium soft dough using enough water.
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Divide them into equal balls.
  • Roll it. Apply ghee.
  • Now wid a help of a knife half slit the rolled dough.
  • Roll it into a cone.
  • Press it.
  • Roll it again into a round shape paratha.
  • Heat a tawa.
  • Cook on both sides with ghee.
  • Serve hot.
To make the roll.
  • Take a paratha, it should be piping hot
  • Put 1tbsp full of paneer filling in between of the paratha.
  • Roll it.
  • Enjoy with Mint and Coriander Chutney.

Cold Macaroni Salad

Salads forms the most essential part of our life.. the saying goes well Eat healthy Stay healthy...
Whenever we go to any parties , weddings, the first thing that we lay our hands on are the salads.... can be in so many ways with so many different types of dressings....

The salad I am posting today is the macaroni salad.. one can choose any type of pasta. I preferred macaroni...
Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
1cup Macaroni
3 cups of water
1tbsp oil

For the dressing:
3tbsp Egg less Mayonnaise
1tbsp Olive Oil
Lime zest
1medium-sized Onion (chopped)
1cup mix of bell peppers (green + red + yellow) chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1tsp Chilly Flakes
1tsp Oregano
Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
You can add any vegetables of your choice (carrot + broccoli + zucchini)

Procedure:

  • Boil water with oil... when it starts to boil add in macaroni.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes till its done.
  • Strain and keep it aside to cool down.
For the dressing:
  • Chop all the vegetables
  • In a bowl add in olive oil + mayonnaise + lime zest + salt + chilly flakes + oregano. mix well
  • Now in a large bowl add in macaroni + vegetables + dressing
  • Mix well.
  • Serve cold
Place the salad on lettuce and serve.

Spicy Puffed Rice (Namkeen)

Spicy Puffed Rice is an excellent all day munching snack. Its light and real tasty, suitable for children during examination time when they need to munch something during studying.

Spicy Puffed Rice


Ingredients:
3cups Puffed Rice (Murmure)
1tbsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Mustard Seeds
10 Curry Leaves
2 Whole Red chilies
1tsp Red Chilly Powder
2tbsp oil

Procedure:
  • Heat oil in a kadahi, add in mustard seeds +  Whole red chilies + curry leaves.
  • Mix them well.
  • Now add in turmeric powder + salt + red chilly.
  • Mix it well.
  • Then add in the puffed rice. Mix all this.
  • Roast them on low flame till it gets crispy.
  • Remove from flame. 
  • Store it in a air-tight container.
                                          • He at oil in a kadahi. 

Cashew Nut Masala (Kaju Masala Fry)

Fried cashew nuts can be a great all time snacker. It can be serve as accompaniment to cocktails, mocktails..

Cashew Nut Masala 
Ingredients:
200gms Cashews
Salt to taste
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chat Masala (Optional)
Ghee or oil to Fry.

Procedure:
  • Heat oil/ghee in a pan.
  • Fry in cashews on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Remove from oil on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed.
  • Now mix in salt + black pepper powder + chaat masala powder.
  • Mix well,
  • Store it in an airtight container.

Chinese style Macroni!!!

Chinese style Macaroni, is a blend of vegetables, soya sauce, chilly sauce and mozzarella cheese. I make this one like one makes Chinese Noodles.

Chinese style Macaroni
Ingredients:
For Boiling The Macaroni
2 cups of Macaroni
4 cups of water
1tsp oil

For the Masala:
4-5 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup Green Peas (Boiled)
2 medium-sized Onion (Chopped)
1 Capsicum (Chopped)
2 Green Chilies (slits)
1tbsp Soya Sauce 
1tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
Salt to taste
1tsp Fresh Black Pepper
1tsp Chilly Flakes
1tbsp Oregano
100gms Mozzarella Cheese

Procedure:
  • Boil the Macaroni in 4 cups of water and oil.
  • Remove it from the flame after 10 minutes so that it is not over cooked.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add in chopped Garlic cloves.
  • When it turns brown in color, add in the Green Chilies.
  • Then add in Onions. Saute them for a while till it turns pink in color.
  • Add in Capsicum + Green Peas in it. Mix well.
  • Add in salt + chilly flakes + oregano + black pepper + soya sauce + red chilly sauce.
  • Mix all this well.
  • Let this cook for a while.
  • Then add in boiled macaroni.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in mozzarella cheese in it.
  • Add in fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot.

My style Maggie!!!

Maggi- the two minute wonder is a favourite of all dish. Age and caste no bar. My brother and me used to have dis snack always at midnight, wen everyone is asleep. We used to accompany this with bread toasts and Rasna.
I am posting this 2 minute noodle with a twist.

Ingredients:
1 medium sized Onion (julienned)
1 small sized Tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped)
1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
1 medium-sized Potato (boiled and chopped)
1tbsp Butter
Double pack of Maggie noodles (masala)
Chilly Flakes
Oregano
Maggie Masala
Salt to taste

Procedure:
  • Heat butter in a kadahi, add in chopped onions. Saute it for a while.
  • Then add in chopped tomatoes.
  • Let the tomatoes cook for 10 minutes on low flame till it leaves oil.
  • Add in the chopped capsicum, boiled peas and boiled chopped potatoes.
  • Mix all dis well. add in salt as required.
  • Then add in chilly flakes, and oregano.
  • Mix all this well. let it cook on low flame.
  • Then add 3 cups of water.
  • When it starts boiling add in Maggie noodles and the magic masala.
  • Mix this well. cover the lid of the kadahi.
  • Let the maggie cook on low flame. keep checking from time to time. if required add in more water.
  • When is done serve hot with ketchup and some bread toasts.

Dahi Batashe (Puris Served with yogurt and Tamarind and Mint Chutney)

This is Pani Puri with no Pani but with  Dahi and Chutney. This tastes real yum and is really liked by the children who cannot have the spicy pani puri water.

Ingredients:
10-15 Puris ( as Required)

For Stuffing:
2 medium sized Potatoes (Boiled)
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
Fresh Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney (or as Required)
1 tbsp Mint and Coriander Chutney (or as Required)
4 tbsp Sweetened Yogurt
2 tbsp Mixed Masala
Sev to Garnish

Procedure:
For the Stuffing:

  • Peel the potatoes, chop them finely. Keep it in a bowl add some chopped onions in it. 
  • Sprinkle some salt and Red Chilly Powder over it. Mix all this well. Keep it aside.
For making the Dahi Batashe:

  • Make a small whole on each of the puri and place it over a plate.
  • Now add in the potato stuffing in each of the puri.
  • Then add sweetened Dahi in each of the puri, top it with tamarind and Mint Chutney.
  • Sprinkle some mixed masala over all the puris.
  • Garnish it with Fresh Coriander leaves and sev.
  • Serve
Note:
Sweetened Dahi: Take yogurt in a bowl add 2 tbsp sugar. Whisk it well so that the sugar is dissolved. Add water to make the consistency as you required.


Mixed Masala: is the combination of (Cumin Powder + Coriander Powder + Amchur + Red chilly Powder + Salt + Garam Masala)

Raw Mango Pani Puri

 Recipe for the Pani of Pani Puri which has Raw Mango in it. Its Mango Season and this is the best pani you can make out of them.

Ingredients:
For the Pani:
250 gms mint leaves
150 gms Coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 cup raw mango
Black salt to taste
Sea Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
Pani Puri Masala (if available) optional
Boondi



For Stuffing:
2 boiled potatoes (chopped)
Fresh Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 small sized onion finely chopped
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder

Procedure:
For the Pani:
  • Take jar add in the slices of raw mango+ fresh coriander and Mint Leaves + green chillies.
  • Blend it in a mixer.
  • Now take a vessel pour in the paste in it.
  • Add all the masalas (salt+ black salt+pani puri masala(optional)+cumin powder+ chaat masala)
  • Mix all this well.
  • Now add enough water to get the consistency you want.
  • Top it with Boondi
For the stuffing:

  • Peel the boiled Potato.
  • Chop them finely.
  • Add in salt + ed chilly powder + cumin powder
  • Add in coriander leaves. mix all this well.




Serve with puris , pani and this stuffing along with chopped onion and sev.


Fill the puri with boiled potato stuffing and chopped onion dip it in pani and njoy!!!!

Pani Puri , Golgappe

Pani puri which is called by different names in different parts of the country Phuchke in Kolkata, pani ke batashe and gol gappe in Uttar Pradesh or Maharashtra. Be it any name it is loved by one and all.
I love eating them anytime of the day and in any quantity. So I thought of making them at home as I love eating I should even how to make them.


Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cum semolina (sooji)
1 tbsp Baking powder or soda
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Oil to fry
Water to knead

Procedure:

  • Take a vessel, add in the flour + salt + semolina + baking powder or soda + oil.
  • Mix all this well.
  • Then take water and knead it in a dough.
  • The dough should not be too soft no too hard.
  • Now, divide the dough into small balls.
  • Roll each ball in a small puri.
  • Heat oil in a kadahi, fry each of these puris.
Alternative:
You can also divide the dough into big balls, roll it in a shape of a chapatti, now take a round shape cutter cut out in a shape of a puri.

Kurkure Chaat!!!

Kurkure is a crunchy snack which is marketed by the Frito lays company. It is basically a time-pass snack which one has while watching a movie or an interesting Cricket Match. You can have this Snack in a healthy way by adding some vegetables, masalas and lime juice.
Kurkue is easily available in the market. Kukure Chaat is equal to Healthy Snacking.

Ingredients:
I pac Kurkure Masala Munch
1 medium sized potato (boiled and diced)
1 cup Cucumber (diced)
1 medium sized tomato (diced)
1 medium-sized onion (chopped)
1 green chilly (chopped)
1 cup Puffed Rice
11/2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilly powder (optional)


Procedure:

  • Take a bowl add in the puffed rice + cucumber + green chilly + potato + onion + tomato.
  • Mix them well.
  • Now add in salt + chaat masala + red chilly powder + lime juice.
  • Add in the kurkure. 
  • Mix it well.
  • Now add in the tamarind chutney.
  • Mix it.
  • Serve

Bhelpuri!!!

Whenever I go out to any fares or a chat counter I surely binge on this delectable and unavoidable Bhelpuri. It is consumed as snack at home and is a popular street food too. If you have sudden guests at home, and you don't really know what to make then this is the best option. its a very quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:
11/2 cup Puffed Rice
1/2 cup Sev
1/2 cup onions(finely chopped)
1/2 cup tomatoes(finely chopped)
Bhelpuri
1/2 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
1 boiled potato (cubed)
1/2 cup boiled black Channa (optional)
1 green chilly (finely chopped)
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
11/2tbsp Tamarind Chutney
1tsp Coriander Chutney
1-2 tbsp Lime Juice
3-4 papdi
Coriander Chopped to Garnish





Procedure:
  • Take a large bowl, put puffed rice+ sev. Mix them well.
  • Now add in the Chopped Onion+ Tomato+ Cucumber+Green chilly + Potato+ Kale Chane.
  • Mix them together.
  • Add in the salt + chat masala + tamarind chutney + coriander chutney + lime juice.
  • Mix them all well so that all the flavours are blended together.
  • Add in chopped coriander., garnish wid papdi.
  • Serve

Papdi Chaat

I have a very chatori tongue.. Just feel like making and eating chaat all the time... Whenever I am hungry and feel like eating something spicy and sour so I make this chaat. I am really find of this one so Have the papdi always ready at home. Its real quick dish.

Ingredients:
250 gms Papdi
200 gms curd
3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp sev
2 tbsp mint and coriander chutney
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Procedure:

  • Mix all the masalas together in a bowl along with salt.
  • Slice the boiled potatoes into round shapes. Sprinkle little masala over the sliced potatoes and keep it aside.
  • Whisk the curd and sugar together along with little water.
  • Now take a serving plate, spread around 7-8 papdis in it.
  • Now put in the sliced potatoes over the papdis.
  • Then sprinkle the masala mixture.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of whisk curd over it.
  • Then pour the tamarind chutney and mint chutney.
  • Sprinkle little more masala mixture over it.
  • Garnish with sev and coriander chutney.

Safed matar ki Chaat...

My readers will be wondering as to why have I disappeared from blogging.. No new posts.. Well was busy as my family visited me from Lucknow. I had made great dishes for them that is what I will publish now.
My mother loves chaat so I made this one for her. I have actually learnt this one from her only.
Safed Matar ki Chaat is a popular Chaat in Northern especially U.P. Its simple and very tasty.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Safed Matar
2 Green Chillies
1tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chillies
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2-3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2 tsp Coriander and Mint Chutney
Coriander leaves
2-3tbsp Ghee

For the Topping:
2 medium sized onions (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2-3tbsp Sev
Lemon Juice
Mix Masalas (Garam masala + Cumin powder + Red Chilly Powder)

Procedure:

  • Soak the safed matar over-night.
  • Pressure cook the matar with 1 tbsp salt+ coriander leaves and a bottle of water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now when it is cooked, Take a kadahi, add in the ghee.
  • When the ghee gets heated up put add in the cumin seeds and red chillies.
  • When it stops cluttering add in the safed matar which u have pressure cooked, stirring continuously.
  • Add in the masalas and the chutneys.. 
  • Let it cook for 20 minutes on low heat. stirring continuously.
  • Add in the coriander leaves.
  • Roast it well. if required add in more ghee. but it has to be cooked really well. the ,matar should turn brown in color.
  • When it is cooked, take a wide bowl put in the cooked matar.
  • Top it with lemon juice, chopped onion and both the chutneys.
  • Sprinkle the mixed masala mixture over it.
  • Serve hot.

Hot Chocolate... with a twist

This is a very quick recipe of hot chocolate.. all what you need is a microwave thats it... When you are in a hurry and want to drink something hot... just try this out.. its simple and a recipe with a twist.

Ingredients:
Chocolate bar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 cup milk.

Procedure:

  • Take a bowl put in the chocolate. melt it in a microwave.
  • Now take a cup, add in the melted chocolate
  • Add in the cup of milk and cinnamon powder in it.
  • Microwave it for a minute or so.


Drink hot. Garnish it with grated chocolate..
