Cucumber Raita...


I am Posting one more Raita today... Cucumber has its own benefits when eaten raw... it gives a very tangy flavour when mixed with curd... liked by one all...

Ingredients:
1 cup Cucumber grated
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup water

Procedure:

  • Grate the cucumber. Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl, pour in the curd. add in the salt, black salt, jeera powder, red chilly powder.
  • Whisk the curd well.
  • Now pour in water.
  • Whisk it again.
  • Add in the grated cucumber.
  • Mix it.
  • Raita is ready to serve.

Garnish it with coriander leaves
