Ingredients
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
Procedure:
- Soak the rice for 1 hour in water
- Now take a kadahi, add in the ghee.
- now add in the jeera. fry till it gets brown.
- add in the 2 cups of water.
- now remove the rice from the water
- when the water starts boiling, add in the rice.
- cover the lid and let the rice cook on medium heat.
- serve hot
